Re: Undefeated FBS teams
Maybe the constellation of the Winged Horse will be descending will Mars is in opposition to an ascending node of Uranus. If that happens I am sure we will be in the NY6. /s
I am sure our players and coaches read news clippings and some social media about themselves and the team but if they are reading message boards and then letting message board material get in their head then there is not much we can do anyway.
Jinx’s, star positions, and giving someone from the Stink the stink eye is not going to change a game.
Practice, training, diet, and study will effect the game and that is what I expect they are doing.

You said Uranus........
[/quote]
That is exactly why I typed that specific planet. I was just hoping someone got a chuckle. The only reason I even enjoy teaching astronomy.
Also the Winged Horse was a reference to the original mascot of UCF, "Knight of the Pegasus."
This is my very generic signature added to each post.

If you believe in jinxs deep enough, you will be jinxed. If you believe in bad luck and keep harping on it, it will happen. If you believe in voodoo, you will be voodooed. If you believe your neck is hurting, you might search for somebody sticking a needle in a doll that looks like you.
The only Jinx I know is the neighbor's cat and I'm gonna kill that sunuvabitch the next time he comes over here and $#|+$ in my mulch pile.

But isn't that good for your mulch? Maybe the cat thinks it's helping you out.

As do I. Again it is the only reason I like to talk about this planet during class or my astronomy shows at the Gboro Sci Center.
You know Uranus was probed back in 1986 .......
with Voyager 2.
If only the Great Dark Spot was on Uranus instead of Neptune. Ahhhhh, the missed jokes and silly one-liners.

Re: Undefeated FBS teams
Down to only 16 teams. The MAC is horrible and the best CUSA is 4-1. Huge game Wednesday to say the least

Unless you are a heavyweight you can’t stay in the discussion unless you remain on this list. Either SMU or Memphis will go soon

Actually it was probed last time I went for a physical. Prostate was fine. lolMcLeansvilleAppFan wrote: ↑Sun Sep 29, 2019 5:21 pmAs do I. Again it is the only reason I like to talk about this planet during class or my astronomy shows at the Gboro Sci Center.

Re: Undefeated FBS teams
Like you said SMU and Memphis will eliminate at least one in a couple weeks. The SEC teams will play each other. At the end of the day the only teams who could stay undefeated is 1 AAC, 1 ACC, 1 Big 12, 1 Big Ten, 1 SEC, App, and Boise State. At best we can have 7 undefeated teams heading into conference championship weekend.

SMU dodged a bullet , shouldn’t last much longer. Memphis was unimpressive although the ULM QB showed flashes of being really dangerous.Beat LaLa!

Re: Undefeated FBS teams
UL-M offense is very impressive. Lots of speed and playmakers. Evans is one tough QB. However, their Defense is absolutely woeful. Poor tackling and lacks speed.

The hardest thing in football is keeping that 0 in the right side of your Win/Loss record.
