The MMB has always been one in which members eat its own, like baby chicks attacking the sick chicks..

Leave early for what? Seriously? Our players would be crazy to go pro early. Evans, Sutton, and Thomas would not benefit by going early. Duck should be example enough to stay.

You suk as a mind reader. Is that what AppStFan1 (YOU) is doing? He leads the posts for the month by 64 posts. Usually appstatealum;leads. I never noticed the Top Posters until you or your butt buddies brought it up. Congratulations. You have 271 posts this month.
I ask questions because the information on here is more accurate. I asked about a topic one time after I had found several different answers. Some on here have inside information that links don't have. Guess you never noticed that.

Imagine Darrynton hitting the A gap only to get met by Aaron Donald, then ask yourself again if you think he’s capable of leaving early.

AppStFan1 and I are not the same person or vice versa. Horrible guess. I'm proud of you for not starting another thread asking if we were the same person. That's an improvement.

To be fair, the OP did start the thread with "Delicate Subject"

The answer is Yes. ‘‘Tis the way of the Internet.”bigdaddyg wrote: ↑Wed Oct 23, 2019 9:29 amI can just see it now. Another thread that will go completely off the rails with pages of back and forth insults about misspelling names and then then the subsequent smart ass responses. We really look pathetic sometimes. I wonder if other school message boards devote so much energy in tearing each other down? And we are supposedly all fans of the same university.
Sometimes we seem to forget that we all are yelling “App” or “State” at every game.

Nobody truly knows for sure because a lot can change as well. A major injury could keep a guy from getting drafted. Evans could blow his ACL in a week and be done.EastHallApp wrote: ↑Wed Oct 23, 2019 9:00 amIt's fair to wonder about, but the answer is that no one here knows or probably even has a good idea. I tried to say Duck would not get drafted and people thought I was nuts. While we have a great team, we don't have anyone outside of Gaither that could go top 100 this year.

Re: Delicate Subject: Does anyone leave early afther this Season
It's too bad that guys can't simply be good or great college football (or basketball) players. There is so much concern with the next level. The sad reality is, a great majority of good/great college football players won't be good enough in the pros. We have some dudes who absolutely ball out every game and that is awesome. We have a helluva team right now. I hope every one of them can play in the NFL. Odds are none of them will but who cares? If Evans and Gaither make it happen that is awesome. If they are working hard to get a degree even better. Duck gave it a shot and maybe he will make it somewhere. He could hit it big in the new league or in Canada. Injuries happen every week in the NFL. Maybe his shot isn't dead yet.AppStFan1 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 23, 2019 3:38 pmNobody truly knows for sure because a lot can change as well. Re: Delicate Subject: Does anyone leave early afther this Season
I didn't read every post, but I think most people understood Duck was a long shot to get drafted, or if he did it would be very late. The main rationale I recall for him leaving was more that he wasn't going to get any bigger or faster by staying another year, and he'd already done about everything he could production-wise.AppStFan1 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 23, 2019 3:38 pmNobody truly knows for sure because a lot can change as well. Also, I don't think Davis-Gaither is the top senior prospect on our roster, let alone top 100. I'd say Fehr and Johnson have a better chance to get drafted than him due to his size.
