ESPN U!!
Someone with athletics with influence tell ESPNU to get their act together. Tired of missing live plays due to a replay.
We don't slide at Appalachian State. It's a sign of weakness.

Yeah...that’s right! There was one where the live play was completely over before the director went back to the live feed!

Re: ESPN U!!
Brutal watch. Loved the clock thing in the first half when it kept going from 6:00 something to 60:00 to 86:00. Then the camera shot on players or coaches while the play was going on.
No slight intended on any of our players but they said that one of the impact players for App in addition to Sutton was an offensive lineman? Huh?

Re: ESPN U!!
Nothing wrong with saying an O-lineman is an impact player. Have a stud left tackle go down or a center who makes all the blocking calls at the LOS and see what can happen.
Now, I don't know if that was a South Alabama camera and production crew or not, but regardless that was absoultly brutal. We as the paying customer deserve so much better than that.

I think he is our right tackle and proud of how he plays but to be recognized as the impactful player? I don’t know about thatTractorApp wrote: ↑Sat Oct 26, 2019 4:32 pmNothing wrong with saying an O-lineman is an impact player. It was actually kind of cool to go old school in the second half with the camera on the clock and no first down line to gain on several plays. (well, not really)

Re: ESPN U!!
I talked with the ticket office about a ticket issue and I brought up the ESPNU and ESPN+ issue. I was told the university was aware and had called them on it demanding better. I told em I know it’s only $5 and change but it’s my $5 and I expect some quality.
