Re: TX St discussion
I have a random question, my family and I have lucked into getting suite access for the Texas State game. I've never been fancy enough to be anywhere close to a suite at a football game. Can someone help my wife and I figure out if we need to wear anything nicer than normal (I typically throw on my game worn #13 Legree jersey with black jeans, haha)?
I was going to ask about cheering and how much we can eat, but if they have a problem with that, we'll just sneak downstairs with the regular folk.
Thank you all!

I think that game is the tux and cocktail gown game. Just kidding. No special clothes are needed, jeans and a jersey works.

Stake out your seats (if unassigned) first thing , closest to the front the better. It's a good time but what isn't in KBS?

Re: TX St discussion
Forgive me if this is not allowed, but I am seeking a ticket for the TX state game. I have 2 in section 213 and would love to find 1 more for a family member to sit at least in the same section as us. This will be my first App game in a while and my family members 1st App game ever if we can find a ticket nearby. Thanks in advance!

I’d check with your Suite host but normally anything goes.StorminASU wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 4:10 pmI have a random question, my family and I have lucked into getting suite access for the Texas State game. I hope it’s a good experience for you but I sat in the outdoor heated and covered seats one time and was disappointed in the whole thing. The folks around me showed very little interest in the game.StorminASU wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 4:10 pmI have a random question, my family and I have lucked into getting suite access for the Texas State game. You’d want to post in this section:teller wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 4:58 pmForgive me if this is not allowed, but I am seeking a ticket for the TX state game. Re: TX St discussion
My experience too. I much prefer the real seats where all are paying attention to the game. When i sat in the box seats once with older son, our shouting and hollering for good plays drew raised eyebrows from those there to socialize and talk.Mjohn1988 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 5:32 pmI hope it’s a good experience for you but I sat in the outdoor heated and covered seats one time and was disappointed in the whole thing. Re: TX St discussion
It's a great ticket to have with the cold weather. I've viewed many of games from both club and suite levels in the past. The view is a little too high up for my liking, and the fans for the most part don't get into the game. When I went to the Chancellor Box I was told to wear a suit, but saw other people going to other suits in normal fan hear.StorminASU wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 4:10 pmI have a random question, my family and I have lucked into getting suite access for the Texas State game. Re: TX St discussion
My experience is that a suit would be overkill, even in the College of Business suite, but it wouldn’t be a bad idea to spruce up a little bit.

You're gonna be inside and warm the entire time. Paint your top half black and gold and go shirtless! Dare anyone to question your fandom! Cheer as loud as you want! Show your passion! Don't let the social crowd drag you down! Be a fan's fan and if they don't want "your kind" in that box, come join me in section 203, row SS. Everyone around me is rabid!StorminASU wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2019 4:10 pmI have a random question, my family and I have lucked into getting suite access for the Texas State game.
