One of the coolest things Liberty offers its students is the annual Senior Picnic at Chancellor Falwell's farm in Bedford County. I wish they offered this during my time at Liberty, but alas. Might be a neat tradition for the new ASU Chancellor to copy, opening up the Chancellor's residence for tours, filling Greenwood lot full of rides and games and music.

I need to stop going to the "New Posts" link because there's always something about Liberty, and a lot of times it's not related to athletics. I do find other schools' activities interesting from time-to-time, but not daily. I do credit Hky for putting them in the right folder.

I like Liberty. I am not opposed to Liberty joining the Sun Belt. I wouldn't be opposed to one of my daughters going to Liberty, if they couldn't get into App State, or if the out of state costs become prohibitive, and they could get a good scholarship to Liberty. I don't mind occasional Liberty threads (this one is interesting, as it sounds like a good idea for App State emulate), but I do not like every LU thread getting torn down into a religious debate. I also would blow a gasket if we had multiple threads about the happenings at the Chapel Hill Campus.
I guess I am asking if we could temper the Liberty pimping to fall in line with other non-conference schools that get talked about occasionally, like JMU or ODU?
