Tix just arrived. No gift here either. What was the gift?
Also, I have NEZ tickets and the passes were included in my packet. Interesting that they didn't include a lanyard with them. The NEZ passes are meant to be worn around your neck.

The "AD Gift" used to go to $500+ donors. It is no longer listed as a benefit in the Yosef membership guide. Likewise, the special gift for $5,000+ donors is no longer listed as a benefit. I was looking at my TIGMA lapel pin from 2006-ish not too long ago and wondering if we'd seen the last year of doo-dads. Personally, I'd be fine with getting tickets and parking passes before the game with or without a gift.

There are two season ticket holders in our office at two different giving levels. Neither of us has received a packet yet. I figure, if push comes to shove, I can pick up a replacement packet next Friday. I'm thinking we'll see the packets early next week.

Not trying to make things better but maybe a little compassion for those trying. First off, I can understand the frustration as I am in that boat with you all. But keep in mind, we are short staffed. We have fewer spots this year for parking. Add to that, we have gone from 7k season tickets to 9200 sold this season. That is a huge jump, which makes the parking situation all the more logistically problematic. So as much as we want to be upset, and rightfully so, if you get an opportunity to speak to someone in the ticketing office or administration, before you make your voice heard, how about a thank you for the tireless effort that these folks put forth.

I completely agree with you that the compassion thing is needed, and I certainly do thank each and every one of them for their efforts. They could have avoided a LOT of the frustrations if they just made the promise of "all ticket packets will arrive at least one week prior to the Elon game, if you haven't received your tickets by Sept. 10th, please contact the ticket office." Always overdeliver and underpromise, not the other way around. Hearing "next week" since July 1st creates a lot of unnecessary frustration.

I received my single "add on" ticket for GA Southern today. UPS has nothing tracking to my address. I have emailed the ticket office and Yosef Club. Nothing in return. I am a new Yosef Club member at the $500 level & a new Season Ticket holder. I would love to know my parking assignment and have the hang tags in hand. How can we recruit new Yosef Club members if they do not receive what they pay for?
