Anyone else still waiting on their Season Tickets & Parking for 2021?

Been a Season Ticket holder for 40 yrs...same seats for 20+yrs. NO Tix & NO PP. My tix are with YC awaiting Parking Assignment. Headed to Boone in the morning. Hoping coffee, a 90 minute drive and a much calmer/patient wife will keep me from exploding...UGH!!!!!!!

This is not acceptable for a lifelong fan. It's not acceptable for a brand new ticket holder either.

I'm hoping that three hours of screaming at Elon will release a little of the frustration I'm feeling after having spent 13 years working as a Yosef Advisory Board member and volunteer trying to get new members and seeing a ticket / parking process that appears to resemble the current state of Gardner-Coltrane. It's still great to be a Mountaineer, and I won't let this year's issues spoil my enjoyment of App State Athletics. Nor will I allow this to stop my support of Yosef and our student-athletes.

I agree with everything your saying but I have a question. Does allowing this to go unchallenged and thus supported actually support the long term success of our sports programs or the Yosef club?

Ended up talking to Doug tonight. Got an apology and some resolution to my particular problem. After a short and cordial conversation my advise was communication. Tell us your struggling with money issues and resources. And you simply must tell folks who have had the same parking for years that they are being moved. They can’t find this out a week before the first home game when the parking passes arrive. Most if not all of us who are working now are struggling with COVID related problems. We can and most likely will understand and to a degree forgive but we need that communication.

Oh, I believe challenging is definitely in order. I've never been a fan of ranting, but I am a fan of constructive (and blunt when appropriate) feedback. I coached long enough to know that it isn't practice alone that makes perfect but practice and correction and more practice and more correction. Once the dust settles, I intend to provide that feedback in written form.

Update… props to my UPS driver… tickets and parking delivered at 9:20 this evening. River street Roof deck …. I’ve been critical because the whole scheme seems to be very sloppy. I hope all my friends get their packet tomorrow so they can plan for a wonderful weekend.

This is from the gameday changes blurb that came out a few days ago. I hope they communicate something to the students soon.

Mobile tickets for students
All App State students attending the game are required to download and present a mobile ticket for entrance
Students will receive email instructions on how to reserve their mobile tickets

Did anyone besides my family get tickets w/o parking hang tags? Got our tickets and parking assignment yesterday--no parking passes included. The gates will be open in under 72 hours so I suppose there's no reason to get in a big hurry. Unhappy!

I did and i might say that i would ask here ONCE and then blow up the ticket and Yosef offices phones if i didnt get them. I was neverworried about getting into the game and if parking was screwed up for a game i'd move on and make sure it was fixed for the next game. It is not like DG to fail to preemptively address the issue. Growing pains and Covid have been a real Btch.

Never received my tickets.FINALLY GOT Ahold OF TICKET OFFICE. They were “returned” there. Picked up day before game. Simple tickets ( like basketball, no pretty graphics) they changed my parking to a downgrade even tho I gave $1000 more to get better parking this year. Being trying for weeks to ahold of Yosef office. No luck. Phone or email. Thought it was just me. Relieved to hear it isn’t. And no gift this year🥲. Same?
