ULL not nearly as good as last year. If we play like we did the last 25 minutes of the GaSt game we will be fine.

One more thought, I’d give good money see Levi Lewis get sacked again by Demetrius Taylor like on the opening drive in Lafayette in 2019.

I hope I'm wrong but I would give it a toss up. it will be the toughest game of the year so far. Glad its on a Tuesday maybe smaller crowd won't impact game. My money is on us but by a field goal or less.

ULL has not looked good at all this year from what I have seen. Lewis only threw for 49 yards last week on 9/20 attempts. I have really never been impressed with him and I know we have a much better defense than USA does. I think we handle our business down there. Only question is how healthy our running back room is headed into the game.

They are pretty banged up on the OL.

Their defense is pretty good. Most power rankings have us as favorites but only by 3 points or less. Their offense seems to be struggling this year, but they are averaging over 400 yards per game and 28 points per game. Only loss to Texas.

Could be a slugfest, hope we are ready.

I get what some of you guys are saying, but the whole phrase “if we aren’t ready” just makes me cringe. There have been some obvious times in the past when App came out “not ready” (FAMU 🤬), but isn't it most always going to be the case that if a team comes out not ready to play that team is probably gonna get beaten?
