He posted something similar prior to Miami I do remember that. Let’s hope we see him suit up tonight. If not we have 4 backs behind him that the coaches likeArmantiWaterSafety wrote: ↑Tue Oct 12, 2021 11:49 amLord I hope so. Based on the press conference earlier this week he was supposed to be ready. Cam does post cryptic messages that aren't really related to football that gets fans worked up pretty often so I'm not going to read into it too much.

Re: ULL discussion
He is with the team. I'd imagine that if he is 100%, he will go. Listening to the Black and Gold Podcast, Vic said that Clarke won't play injured guys over healthy guys just because of what the healthy guy can offer. If Peoples can't go, based on what we saw last week I'd expect more Noel and Jahmir Smith. Smith runs a bit like Peoples but with the quick feet of Noel. His long run against GSU he was running to press the hole on either side of a block, he set the defender up on the outside, put his foot down and turned up inside and got another 8 yards in a flash before an unblocked guy behind the line made the play on him. He was also a shoe string tackle away a couple of other times from breaking long runs.
He's the type of back most App fans wanted to see in Boone in the scheme we were running with Satterfield. Looks like a legitimate 4-star recruit to me and I'd like to see him take up Cam's 15 carries if Cam can't go. Noel had some trouble against Miami since they were a little bigger and more physical while Cam was able to run through those would be tacklers. If the game goes the same this week I'd expect Smith to have a good game.

Wouldn't surprise me to see Cam sit if he is at 90% or something. Especially if #4 is fully back.

I wouldn’t say that #4 is fully back. If he plays, he will likely be on a rep count. He still needs to work himself into game shape.

True. Hopefully Noel isn't injured at all. For all we know it could be Castle/Smith and Harrington on a count tonight.

Re: ULL discussion
I get Thurs games for tv etc, Wed is a stretch, Tues is insane. Tough on students mid-week. Almost impossible for out of town fans. I get the tv $$, but losing out on home Sat atmosphere/recruiting, student & fan attendance.

Will definitely need to change something on D. Their right side to middle was able to run.
