We are not physically enough….simply getting pushed around….been getting progressively worse over the past 3 to 4 years

There are high school DTs that weigh more than Spurlin. Spurlin gets pushed around non stop.

I’m still not understanding the running back situation. Harrington and Smith 2 carries each. Castle hasn’t played that I’ve seen. How badly is Cam hurt? We play teams who roll out 4 or 5 guys.

Can we not recruit a few big guys for the defensive line? When they show the field level camera Spurlin is small

We are getting pushed all over the place. Lot of people didn’t like Iron Mike, but we were not pushed around. I keep up with App football fairly well, but I hear nothing about strength and conditioning. Could that also be a problem?

No matter how you slice it the team wasn’t ready to play tonight! Better regroup quick and coaches need to do some soul searching about who we are and who we want to be.

They are in the middle of a 99 yard drive. No defense on earth could be on the field as long as our guys and hold up. We have always been undersized in my opinion. That is what it is. I blame this game on not being prepared vs conditioning, our players and coaches read the paper this week a d looked ahead to next week.
We will get smoked next week worse than this one. Coastal is a much better team, these guys are to tonight. I expected a close one but not what we got tonight. Good night folks.

I don’t usually blame but damn, this is the worst excuse for a game plan I ever seen. Jesus, you come in with a 5 ft running back who gets shut down and you keep going back to him, awful just awful

BINGO….we have a winner….during iron Mikes days we went toe to toe with our P5 opponents…..injuries all the time now and flat out pushed around over and over again on both sides of the line….sorry but it is what it is, we are a middle of the pack G5 team

Hats off to Louisiana. They completely dominated us tonight. I hope we get another chance in December against them.

Absolutely embarrassing performance from the coaches to the players tonight. I don’t understand what the game plan was, but this ain’t it. The remaining games this season are going to show us what this team is all about. Do we get pissed and run through the rest of the schedule? Or do we accept defeat?
