New App VB coach Sarah Rumley Noble
Was the LSU associate head coach under longtime LSU head coach Fran Flory, who just retired. The new coach brought in a new staff.
In the Kentucky Athletics Hall of Fame after a stellar career. She's credited with Top 20 recruiting classes at LSU and rose through the coaching ranks in less than a decade.

Wow, impressive hire. Hope she can build a perennial conference championship caliber team. We need to get some significant improvement out of our non revenue sports in terms of competing for championships.

Is it just me or are Head Coaches getting younger? Just kidding. No disrespect at all to our new coach. I'm just getting old. ![Very Happy :-D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)

Obvioulsy, we will have to see the results but the two recent hires on the women's side (VB and soccer) seem like great gets for their respective programs. Really need to see that the women's sports become more competitive.

Looks like two really fine young coaches to me, also. Now both of them will need support aplenty.
If it happens to the Apps, it happens to me!
