Furman Sucks

For all you Purple Haters and Furman Sucks fans - On Good Morning America yesterday, the play of day was how Furman has not been to NCAA Tournament for 42 years. They showed the clip of the SoCon championship game where Furman hits a shot with a little over 4 seconds left to take a 2 point lead in OT. Chattanooga inbounds the ball and and chucks a long range 3 pointer at the buzzer to win it. FURMAN STILL SUCKS! :lol:

Like ‘em or not, Bob Richey is a heck of a coach. He’s a guy I would be interested in coaching at App if we were to need someone in the near future, but I’m guessing he gets a much bigger check somewhere else really soon…same with the UTC coach.

I remember being in The Big House on that glorious day and seeing an APP guy going across the lower aisle holding up a sign - FURMAN STILL SUCKS -

Not sure what sport you are talking about. They are among a couple of schools that have a 50/50 or better win percentage against us on the gridiron. That's respectable even if they are not.
