Love this line that shows some respect:
" Even if it's not an outright upset, the Mountaineers being almost 20-point underdogs feels egregious."

I really expect my teams to win every game as a goal but I'm realistic enough to know that losses happen. Our offense was dynamic last week and our line did a great job both with protection and with run blocking. I would expect more tight end use (probably 2 on many plays) this Saturday. I would readily expect that A&M is just better than UNC but are they really worlds better? The reason I ask is based on several of the predictions that has A&M absolutely laying the wood to us. Again while my head says we take a loss it's hard to imagine that (unless we are just flat, unprepared and uninspired) we get our asses handed to us. I'm not going to compare us to Sam Houston because I've got to believe that we are on a higher level. But geez I see scores like 59-10 and such. We acknowledge that adjustments need to be made in the secondary and I would think that a 50% improvement would be huge. No way we win a shootout and I expect attempted ball control with our backs, quick throws to the TE's and the occasional shot down field.

Waiting at the gate for flight to Houston. Fired up. Defense needs to create opportunities and offense needs to play like 4th quarter last week. These are all college kids, things can happen. Let's go App
The Appalachian State

The Shoe. Thinking who else may have run this gauntlet. Would have to be a B10 team that went to A&M, LSU and UT.
Or an SEC that traveled to Happy Valley and the Big house. Or a payday school who got lucky.

You don’t like college gambling because of a scandal 75 years ago? Ok.
Google sux. I know how to use it, I just don't give a flip how accurate they are, I just detest
college sports Gambling/ I may be the only one, but so be it.
If my post inconvenienced you in any way, please accept my apologies.
Well buckle up then, it’s already here. And they don’t need permission from the NCAA.
The NAA acknowledged and grudgingly accepted it. So, I am buckled up. I can no longer afford to go to games anymore, anyway, except ones few people want to attend where tickets are even being given away just to get butts in the seats.. iI'm having problems affording ESPNU, ESPN+, etc. Our great talented guys on WKBC and AppState Sports, and here as well will be my knew exclusive venueswill from now
Not a sob story, that's just the way it has to be. Too, I have trouble driving that distance anymore. End of discusion.
Okay but none of that explained why you don’t want to see gambling lines or gambling in general. If you need a password for espn+ or whatever feel free to DM anyone. I’ll gladly share with people that need it. TV is a pain these days and increasing $ daily so I can spare a login with someone who can’t afford it.
I thought I explained. I don't mind gambling pro sports. Just think it runs the risk of corruption and point shaving, etc in college sports. That happended with illegal betting in the Tobacco Belt Dixie Classic back in the '50's...I think.Sure it's fun to read predictions but just think the gambling can adversely affect college sports. And like I said, it's just me. Don't care if my opinion is out of the norm.

BTW, the PW sounds nice. That will make it easier to chisel down the pledge.

This may have already been discussed but does anyone know for sure if an ESPN+ membership gets the SEC network games?

How did we do with injuries last week haven’t heard anything. I know Horn and a few guys got lit up on the on side kick. Pretty vicious hit honestly. Hopefully everyone made it through.

Screw Bear. He's wrong more than he's right. Don't understand his attraction.

Not finding a depth chart posted , wondering about changes on the defensive side. Also saw a number "1" on the sideline I am curious about.
Kaleb Dawson switched from #2 jersey to #1
I don’t think it was updated on our website roster until after the UNC game.

Noel still listed on the game notes as the "or" number 1 with Cam

Speaking of the depth chart, what happened to the long snapper, Johnstone? He’s been the starter there since he arrived at App and is now not even on the depth chart.
