Re: resourse limit maxed out today
There was approximately a two hour window where there were some resource issues. This was not due to traffic. This was due to a bug in a script that I was working on installing for the site. The script was running inefficiently, chewing up resources and memory usage, and thus you saw a resource issue. This was an isolated incident. In the event we ever reach the point where traffic becomes an issue, we already have a plan in place to increase capacity to handle that traffic.
Thanks for letting me know about the error though. It's important to let appst89 or myself know so that we can be sure things are being addressed.

Re: resourse limit maxed out today
Since you mentioned it, I have a random question/request:
Is there a way to make the "Mark forums read" button appear on the page that loads when you click on the MMB button (in the title bar) and not just when you go the default "home" screen for the forum?
Thanks in advance and this site is way awesome! I'm so happy to be done with Delphi finally. Thanks again!

Ask and ye shall receive (if I'm able of course). It's on the right hand side right above the unread topics. Let me know if that's what you had in mind.

Yep. The rep system is a modification for these types of forums and it is still in development. There seems to be a bug that randomly removes the images like the last time it happened, but then they randomly appear again. I'm working with the developer to try and figure out what is causing that. Thanks for the heads up.

Got them back up. Let me know if you see them go down again or if you find any other improvements we can make.moonshine wrote:I'm not seeing the thumbs up or down reputation buttons???

Yosef: My "view first unread post" function still is hit or miss. Occasionally, when I click on it, it'll go to the first unread post, but mostly it goes there for a second, then bounces back to the start of the thread. I use both Foxfire and Internet Explorer. Both seem to be having this issue.Yosef wrote:Got them back up.
