Can Satterfield come back?
If Shawn loses 3 more games this year I would not be shocked if Scott asks Louisville for a release if he has not been fired by mid November and tries to get the job back. I said 8-4 in the preseason and it is looking like we might end up 5-7 at this point. I was never a Shawn believer but I did not think he would do something like this. This game is embarrassing and a lot of things will have to be evaluated if we lose this game.

Kudos to Texas State though. They are whipping our ass and if we lose I hope Gillin gets HC names to consider just in case he has to make a quick firing after this season.
After a half like that I'm thinking 4-8.
Not speculating on coaches. Blood pressure to high already

Even if they comeback and win ---- that team and program still has issues.

*can't play 2 P5's back to back
*worst SBC academic school for recruiting transfer portal
*BUILD A statue of Armanti Edwards not Jerry Moore -- without Edwards Moore is mediocre at best.
*the peak was with Drinkwitz 13-1

We can’t keep using the “oh this is an improved sun belt. We aren’t suppose to win every game”. No we aren’t. But we are suppose to play hard and fight. Right now, I haven’t seen shit. Is every team improving in the conference but us or are we falling down fast?

You’re okay with being down to tx state by 3 scores and blowing 4 score leads to a fcs school? clark can’t take us to the next level. we can ride him out as long as we want, but we’ve seen enough to know it ain’t happening.

In no way did Coach Clark and Co. have this team ready to play this weekend. There's no excuse for this degree of ineptitude! Disgusting performance! Not up to the expected standard for App State football.

I hope someone knows what the plan is for next year because we cannot win with this type of slow quarterback offense. None of our competitors have to worry about us running the quarterback and when we do their defensive linemen can run him down.

I've seen enough and it's not just been this game.

Allowing anyone to come to The Rock and score 63 points, pathetic.

Blowing a 28-3 lead at The Rock, pathetic.

Now this?!?

This isn't that 5 star tradition/culture of App State he talks about

#BeatWarrenWilson is how I feel at this point

The coaching carousel has caught up with us. I’m now not sure SC was ready for this job but As disappointed as I am right now I’m not ready to join the firing squad. SC gets another year.

Unprepared is an understatement.

In our heads. Ate our lunch and we liked it. Unphysical.

Refs are gonna let this game get out of hand. I'm not usually one to harp on refs but way one sided. They've pushed our buttons and we've lost our heads.

Anxious to see what we can do in the second half. Shawn gonna earn his pay.

You can't be serious. We are watching the death of current App state football and 10 penalties is a smoking gun for coaching issues.

I'm referring to the Satt comments. He's not resigning at Louisville and coming to the rescue. And Shawn isn't getting fired at halftime or tomorrow. No I'm not one bit happy with this awful display or with some other games. I'm just not losing my shit on a message board and type craziness.

I've said this for years now. TL and ZT weren't this slow, but I've always felt our offense could be more successful with a true dual threat QB.

That is what will happen. Likely he will be told to get a new DC. The lack of discipline needs to be fixed asap.

If we somehow turn it around and catch a winning season...i cant see them firing a coach who went 9-3...10-4..and whatever this season...maybe if we lose out or something...idk...i just know we are not playing App St football

Hold on, that lack of discipline is the "culture" all the Clark defenders are always talking about, right?
