I wonder if our coaches think this is something that could improve for him or is his best bet to ever play football to go FCS or D2 where the game is substantially slower?AppStateNews wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 6:53 pmTabscott has all the arm talent in the world.. it's the mental aspect of the game for him. It still hasn't slowed down for him yet.

Re: Possible transfer situations
I think he can improve. I think having 3 OC/QB coaches in 3 years is hindering him.AppStFan1 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 7:04 pmThe big question I would have is this something that could improve for him or is his best bet to ever play football to go FCS or D2 where the game is substantially slower?AppStateNews wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 6:53 pmTabscott has all the arm talent in the world.. it's the mental aspect of the game for him. Re: Possible transfer situations
I hope so. I fully believe a player can't reach max potential with a new OC every year but I would think they could at least get on the field and show flashes of arm talent and make some plays here and there due to ability.AppStateNews wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 7:06 pmI think he can improve. Burger is a rising RS Freshman, don’t forget about incoming Freshman McHugh. Hernandez and Barry are walk ons.appdaze wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 5:38 pmTabscott, redshirt fresh--rising redshirt soph

We've got 3 youngsters and 2 geriatrics.
If our coaches decide we need someone I hope it's a grad transfer that's coming here for a specific program but that can either start, push the starter, mentor the young guys, or be our first back up.
If we go for a bigger fish I could see all three young guys transferring. One thing we have to keep in mind though is that this is probably coaches make or break year. He is going to have to have a win now mentality. He could go for transfers over our current guys just to try and win. That is a total guess, I have no connection to know otherwise.

Don't worry about the lodge. It's just the place we pretend things are secrets.

Or it's a place that the athletic department required we have so Firemoose could continue posting his knowledge... Without the lodge, we don't get the moose info.

Really? Never heard that before. Given the insane access to information these days that seems like kind of a silly demand but whatever, if that is what it takes.AppStateNews wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 8:12 pmOr it's a place that the athletic department required we have so Firemoose could continue posting his knowledge... Re: Possible transfer situations
Well, moose used to provide more detailed information in the public forum... And schools started using it against us (see, just check their message boards. They really like this kid at the same position as you. You should come here instead). So, we moved it all to the lodge where you have to request access.appdaze wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 8:15 pmReally? Obviously some stuff is still public through Twatters, 247, On3, etc. But not the level of detail Moose has posted in the past.
I believe he's been dealing with health issues the past couple of years so he's not as active with info. But, regardless, keep recruiting talk in the Lodge.

I used to always get my posts deleted on 24/7. I still go there for recruiting and depth charts

Yeah, 24/7 is a cess pool. If David Ware had any kind of reporting skill, it would be good. But, if you don't agree with him, you're deleted almost immediately.

Clark is following him on the Tweeters, but I imagine he's following a ton of dudes right now.
