Wow yes I totally agree on this. Somehow I feel like this is the best quality team we’ve had in some time and equally find it a chore to watch them. Just expecting something disappointing.

We aren't bad at all. Part of our not closing out games though is the need a player or two has to try and go one on one to play hero ball. Stay in team mode, run the offense and take the clearer shot instead of forcing something off balance or highly contested.

I actually think this team has talent to win many games if they have the mentality of tonight. Not too many crazy TOs. Took 3 in course of offense. On offense, just need to be more consistent on moving without ball and setting screens on man D. Would have won by potentially 6 to 10 if they had less hero ball during 4 to 5 minute span in first half and the no movement on offense during first 4 minutes in 2nd half.. ...

Brutal end to the game (and totally agree on the inbounds going to far end) but this team will compete for a SB championship this season. This starting lineup should probably be the go to moving forward.

Snatched defend from victory. We are a really good team for 35 minutes every night.

it seems our coaches blow a few games a year all by themselves. players gave it their all, coaching was horrible coming out of a timeout. we threw the ball the 1 place you can’t throw it.

I am not sure about competing for SBC Championship. The issue is we do not come out with this mentality every game. We have tendency against equal or lesser opponents to start jacking 3s, etc.
If Kerns can get them to play like tonight excluding stints commented on above post, they potentially could compete for SBC. Just need to have consistent performances.

Kerns is a great coach, but it’s obvious he folds under pressure in late game situations. These players deserve these types of wins and he just fumbled the bag. I’m gutted for the guys, that’s a long ride up the mountain knowing 99/100 times that’s a win

These are the games that will help/kill home attendance. So sick and tired of seeing dumbfounded coaching ruin HUGE games for these kids.
No doubt this team will compete in sun belt, just worried about the last 2 mins of coaching in games.
