If I were an athlete I wouldn't want to meet and greet before a home game. We were obligated to work 1 football game a year. The rest IMO is valuable time to be "normal" and have some fun at the games with friends and fam. The weekends of away games were when we met with alumni/donors if need be. When you donate - just donate to the cause. A few years ago we received a post card from a WSOC player thanking us for the donation. I thought that was above and beyond.

University policy. They aren't allowed to call to solicit for donations. One of the several hurdles old administrations had in place that are incredibly hard to get rid of or around.

Although, that may not be the case anymore with the rebrand to mountaineer fund. That was the case when Yosef Club was tied to the Appalachian Fund. I don't believe it is any more.

I just want us to reopen the conversation about having a SkyRide system (aka, air gondolas) installed so people don't have to walk from tailgate to KBS. It would be better than Busch Gardens!

I good compromise would be to host a Yosef Club kickoff or have one appreciate tailgate each season. It would give people an opportunity to get to know other members and the "burden" would be for only one game.

They did something similar to this last year after Fan Fest.
