From what I understand, it really only violates licensing if you try to profit off it. You can wear a hat. You can wear the patch. There’s nothing that says you can’t wear said patch affixed to the hat. I mean, it’s a patch. The purpose of a patch is to be sewn onto clothing.

I’ve never tried to find them. But it makes sense.
