Re: Wyoming travelers
Likely. They should be able to get out but there’s a tropical depression off the coast of Wilmington. Just surprised they didn’t go yesterday not only to get acclimated but to leave no doubt with the storm.

Would think this is it. CLT to Denver if you want to send them off or welcome them! Go Apps. Might be flying our typical SunCountry though, not sure.

Re: Wyoming travelers
They do not fly commercial. They are likely taking a Sun Country charter from Hickory.311neers wrote: ↑Fri Sep 22, 2023 10:46 amhttps://www.flightaware.com/live/flight ... /KCLT/KDEN

Re: Wyoming travelers
Gotcha, thought that was an option but didn’t see any departures from HKY to Denver or anywhere near it today. Only reason I thought, maybe CLT commercial.AppSt94 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 22, 2023 11:16 amThey do not fly commercial. Re: Wyoming travelers
That seems right. An Allegiant flight left out of CLT to Fort Collins around lunch. Didn’t see anything out of HKY today.AppSt94 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 22, 2023 11:49 amI believe that they are flying into Fort Collins311neers wrote: ↑Fri Sep 22, 2023 11:33 amGotcha, thought that was an option but didn’t see any departures from HKY to Denver or anywhere near it today. Laramie is a cool little city. Reminds me a lot of a bigger Boone.
It is breezy here, but nothing we don’t see in Boone on a pretty daily basis. Campus is pretty, the stadium looks pretty good.

No offense 94, but you called for something you easily could have typed into Duck Duck Go? Come on son.AppSt94 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 1:59 pmI called the school about parking. Here is what I got.
Scroll about halfway down on this page, and you'll see the Wyoming Gameday Parking map on the right side:
https://cowboyjoeclub.com/membership/pr ... index.html
You can purchase a single game parking pass in either the Brown Lot for $50, the Summit View Lot for $100, or the VA Lot for $125. You can purchase any of those parking passes at this link: https://gowyo.evenue.net/cgi-bin/ncomme ... ev_wyoming

Yes. They did fly out of CLT today due to fog in Hickory. And they did fly Allegiant. That in itself is brave.311neers wrote: ↑Fri Sep 22, 2023 12:55 pmThat seems right. Laramie was PACKED with App fans too. Was a blast when the Wyoming band came into Bonds. Living in Laramie I've been looking forward to this game for years, I'm so glad App Nation showed up in droves.

We went to Estes Park today, plenty of Mule deer and Elk. Did not see any bear or moose.
It gets cold quickly after sundown, so be prepared.

Wind gusts up to 70 mph tonight, but it looks like it will calm down a couple of hours before kickoff

With the high wind advisory, will they close 287 between Fort Collins and Laramie?app_gorilla wrote: ↑Fri Sep 22, 2023 11:54 pmLaramie was PACKED with App fans too. Re: Wyoming travelers
We did it as well. Very wide open. 75 mph seemed slow. The road is very exposed to the wind.
