Clark side Collins lost for season with surgery Thursday. Hope to have him back around Spring practice.

Horn came out as precaution. Seeing team doctors with more updates later in the week.

Wyatt stepped up big time in Collins absence. Hopper playing his true position now. Spellman getting a ton of run. The young guys are fearless!
Kelley, Wyatt, and Abrams-Verwayne have done a fabulous job filling in.

Every time I think of playing JMU I think of our kicking game..... I can always see that 2008 2nd half kick off to McGee.... We were up 21-0.... We lost that game.

Luckily for our D, they face the best QB in the SBC every day in practice. I have no doubt that they are 100% up to whatever McCloud has to throw at them. Hopper is a monster, has been since HS. Same with Spellman. I don’t expect another loss for a while. They won’t be able to keep pace with our offense. This should be bombs over Baghdad on Saturday. Take the over.

Park on the other side of campus (side going north 81) where the hotels are and Bball arena. There's a tunnel under 81 and from there its about 10 minutes walk to stadium.

I don't think it will be easy for our offense. The JMU defense will be a tough nut to crack. They are down some personnel, but by and large have been pretty stingy, especially against the run. I think their passing allowance is due to the fact that teams have a tough time running on them. I hope we can move them and gain yards rushing, but I also think we can pass on them. Against a team that doesn't make many mistakes, we will need to execute.

I'm going to keep my optimism. There has got to be a horse under this pile of crap somewhere.
I don't think we are all the way back but they have gained a lot of confidence and play has been much improved. The GameDay distraction on top of that gives me the optimistic outlook. I won't be pounding the table if we don't pull it off but it will still sting.

I agree, I do not trust this team yet. It seems we may have turned a corner, but that's yet to be confirmed. A win here would confirm. I really hope what we saw the last two games is real.

We'll have to be mistake free, without the fumbles and intercetions we seem to have every week. I do like our last 9 quarters of uptrend, I think we can keep it rolling and make it surprisingly close from where we were earlier in the season.
