Overall good win. Didn't keep up the 2nd half from yesterday though.

Great win and we made the four free throws at the end to seal it. Good job.

Why were we jacking up quick deep threes in the last 48 seconds with a small lead to protect?
Didn't even try to run time off the clock while also working for a better shot.

2 big wins in Florida. We are 9 deep and very interchangeable. Love it! Go Mountaineers and Take the Stairs!

Don’t think we can count on shooting 65% from the floor most days.

Two quality wins with room for improvement [although yesterdays second half was a masterpiece] Newcomers rounding into shape , waiting on CJ to get it together.

My first in person, I was impressed with the hustle. When the treys connect APP will win a lot.
Talked with Uncw player this morning and he said “yeah they crushed us 2nd half”.

Was that the best half against a solid team we've ever had?
It was a quality win, no doubt but App State has had a basketball program for over a century. I've been a dyed-in-the-wool fan for 60 years--plus. I wouldn't single this one out as the best ever. No way!
You deserve a statue in front of the Holmes center for following app bball that long. We had some decent teams in the late 80’s when I was in school, but a horrible coach IMO (Apke). We couldn’t get past ETSU and mister Jennings to make the dance. UTC was good back then too.

75% (12-16) from the free throw line. Much better.

In his ten years in Boone, he had winning records six of those 10 years, including 20 and 19 win seasons. By App standards that's really pretty good. His last two years were not good, 8-20 and 9-20.

Our women’s team was more fun to watch in those days.

Best half we’ve had in recent times is the second half against Norfolk State in the NCAA tournament 2 years ago. Lost but played well in a huge comeback.
