I enjoyed the extra opportunities to tailgate in Boone in our good years... Multiple games... At home... Within reasonable driving distance.... with friends and family... without having to spend so much money...

I see your point there. Things are going to get more expensive for sure. But if the location is right and the price isn't too bad hopefully you can swing it with your group to make the trip.

It looks like there will now be 4 new bowl games with Sun Belt teams locked into 1, and having a shot at 2 others. We already knew about the Camellia Bowl in Montgomery, but ESPN has announced the Bahamas Bowl, Miami Bowl, and Boca Bowl. The Boca Bowl which is being played at FAU will not include the Sun Belt. Good news for us since the P5 conferences are trying to push the G5 schools out of many bowls. That means the SB could have up to 5 bowl games.

5 Sounds like all we may have to do is finish about 5th in the conference to get as a huge shot at bowl bid. How rewarding.

Personally I've not grown quite because of wins or lack thereof. I've quit posting, for the most part, because I refuse to engage in pointless discussions of what could of, should of, or might have been. The move has been made. It is the future. The past is gone. And there is nothing anyone can do about it. I choose to support App State now and in the years to come just as strongly as I have supported them in the past. Win or lose, bowls or playoffs, that will never change.
