By coming out late with the email it doesn't allow a small set of high-end donors to coordinate with friends and buy up all the available supply. We are doing a scramble to see how many we need. No idea if that was the plan but if it was, it's working. And i don't have a problem with it.

If you follow the email directions EXACTLY, it works.

It's also annoying to have to put in the code for every item you put in the cart. But that's the only way to buy tickets to multiple games

$15 processing fee per game in the same order is no Bueno.

One last gripe, more about the CC system. I used a different card than the one I had on file, but I still had to enter that card's 3 digit code and put down $0 on the paid amount, even tho I had put the entire amount on the other card.

Trying for Coastal tickets and it says 4 is more than the remaining availability. Got the same message for 2 or 3 tickets. I don't want to buy from Coastal again.

"Seats will be allocated based on Yosef Club rank within your level. No seating requests will be taken. For the Clemson game, there is a limit of 6 tickets per account due to limited inventory."

I thought Yosef priority points may come into play on purchasing, not free for all on getting them. Missing opportunity to add value here.

This level of service is below my expectations for what we should be, but sadly not unexpected.
