All I will say is this morning has been a FU*&ING joke. Had ECU and CCU tix in to buy, the ECU tix disappeared. Got 2 CCU tix, then unable to get ECU as my code was used. That was after trying for get in for a while. Called and left message. Clemson tix sold out, did find some on Tickermaster in the App section (TDT). Still waiting on the call back for the EZU tickets. I'm ready to just get drunk at this point. Biggest SH*^show ever.

Today/This morning could be a good example and answer as to why people don’t join the YC. People join for various reasons, some join for perks to get early access to tickets. That does you no good when the early access site won’t even open. I couldn’t even get the Pacolian website to load, just kept crashing. Year 2024, we shouldn’t be having technology issues.

How can Clemson tickets be "sold out" if they are based on YC rank? Is it first-come, first-served in terms of purchasing, then they allocate the seats once they're all sold?

I read "Seats will be allocated based on Yosef Club rank within your level" as, there will be a window in which tickets are only available to YC members, and if someone who outranks you calls later than you, but still within that window, they will get tickets before you will. Perhaps that's not how it's being done.

That is how I understood per the email but apparently that wasn’t the case. I asked if anyone that bought had to wait for allocation by rank. Was told, (and I could have been told wrong) that if you ordered and got them, you were good.

From 10-11:30 there was a recording on the ticket office phone that kept repeating. They have since changed it to "all representatives are busy please hold". The second message is informative, the former is just frustrating from a customer service perspective.

Finally got through to the ticket office and she directed me to the Clemson ticket office (they use TicketMaster) where I was able to buy tickets. You can go directly to TicketMaster and get seats in the upper deck for $65.

BTW, only two people working the ticket office today... and they were fully staffed.

They are always pleasant when you get them on the phone. A couple of days a year it seems reasonable to have a few more folks take those calls.

You would think. Honestly, the staff is working on finalizing the golf tournament Friday as well over worked and under staffed is always a problem.
