Printing tickets Question

Unread post by AppinATL » Mon Sep 17, 2012 8:58 pm

Can anybody tell me how to print out individual game tickets? I have season tickets, but they were lost in a massive house-cleaning day last week. I know I can print replacements because I have done it before, but I can't figure out how to do it and I just haven't had a chance during office hours to call the ticket office.

Login with user name and password at goasu.com. Then you should be able to access your account info with previous ticket purchases. You should be able to download a PDF file and print that. Now I have only done this with single game tickets as I am not a season ticket holder. Hope this isn't stuff you already knew. Good luck.

It is stuff I already knew, but I thank you for trying to help nonetheless! The site shows that I have purchases, but there is no way to print tickets that I can find. I've done it in the past, but for some reason, they don't show up.

I could easily do it last year as described above but can't now. I called Steve White in ticket office and he had no answer except that he would get the ticket emailed for me. This needs to be fixed on the site.

EDIT* They loaded tickets on the "Ticket Advance" option and now works well.
