My eye sight isn't as good as it used to be, but he was early, didn't turn to play the ball, and impeded the receivers ability to get to the ball. By the book, it is PI

Not to pile on the coach bashing but I’ve never seen a shot of him appearing to be talking on the headset. Does he typically communicate with the other coaches or is he just listening?
