If he has the network to hire a fantastic OC and DC, whom call the plays, I’m fine with someone like him, who has seen professional and P5 teams operate, playing as general oversight. If he has the connections and ability to recruit well, even better.

But I'm also trying to look at the positive things with Loggains.

This is a lateral hire from Clark. In fact I could argue that Clark would be slightly better because he bleeds black and gold.

Gamecocks did finish the season strong and were much better than 2023.
