When did pulled pork even become a thing? I've eaten a lot of BBQ and I don't remember hearing pulled pork until 15-20 years ago. When I was growing up it was chopped, minced, or sliced. Either way, it's better when a cleaver has touched it.

I just find chopped BBQ is easier to eat than pulled and a lot less messy to eat in a sandwich. Also, it does not get stuck in your teeth like pulled does.

I listen an interview where Loggains talked about Sellers injury slowing down his progress early, but then he really hit his stride midseason. That would make sense given he was a RS Freshman. We'll find out first hand in about 9 months.

There was a place in Greensboro selling pulled pork in the early 90s that I went to a few times while in HS, but it went out of business relatively quickly if I recall. I remember at the time thinking it was good but a bit odd. Now I prefer pulled to chopped. But I also like brisket most of all, so what do I know.

Where in Greensboro? I was at WG then and remember Stamey’s and a place on Market or Wendover. Location might jog my mind.
