Well the good thing is, they're worse on offense! Looks like we're coming into our own finally.

Yah Luke getting better every game Hopefully he’s peaking by the time the SBB tournament rolls around.

Big next couple minutes, hopefully App can stretch this further out…

Pulled away nicely at the end. Have to have better 1st half in games in the future.

Got to give credit to the defensive effort. These guys fight every possession and it usually takes the legs out of the other team.

Hope Beaubrun reverts to form on Saturday. It seemed obvious tonight he wasn’t feeling well.

Two games in a row where Wilson impacted the flow of the game in a major way. Announcer commented it was CCU best effort of the season. Who knows ? But it is tough to win on the road.

Big game in Mobile right now. Marshall leading with less than 4 to go.

Four teams will be tied for 2nd by the end of the night. Unfortunately, JMU has by far the easiest schedule to end the year. With the tiebreaker over Arkansas State, it would not surprise me if they ended top of the league.

Great gameplan in the second half, going down low and getting their bigs in foul trouble. Rebounding won the game tonight.

Only having 5 turnovers was huge as well.

If you'd asked me at the start of the season if App would be 9-4 at this part in the conference slate I'd be pretty damn happy.

https://bball.notnothing.net/sunbelt.php?sport=mbb

If App wins out + Arkansas St beats troy, App is basically a lock for the #2 seed with the JMU tiebreakers. An App win against Georgia St on Saturday basically locks them for a #6 seed or higher (even if App loses out).

The tiebreakers are so wild right now that a single loss and App still has a decent shot at the #2 seed. Two losses and they're probably no better then #6.

Hoping Arkansas St, Texas St, UL, and Coastal pull out wins Saturday...

2nd it is..cause we ain't losing.
I do hate SBC scheduling. Our upcoming schedule. Play two teams at home and then following week play them away...
Earlier in the year...played JMU twice in a week or so.

And they do it without fouling a ton.

The schedule has been strange this year. I'm also not sure why the two GA schools were separated this year.
