Anyone got any ballpark trips planned for this year?

I've been to the Padres, Nationals (3x), Red Sox and Mets with my family in recent years. Summer travel plans still TBD this year, but would love to visit 1-2 stadiums.
Got to the Athletics, Wrigley, and White Sox last year.

Planning to get to Camden, Giants, and Pirates this year. Pretty excited! (Let's go O's!)

Try to go to a night game in Pitt. Awesome skyline and area by the ball park. Then go to Wholey's market and get a fried soft-shell crab sandwich.

Camden - awesome park but better in the afternoon. IH used to be among my favorites. Not so clean anymore and run down IMO

Thought this was my dad for a moment. The Cards were his team-bet he could do the same. From little ol Reidsville, NC.
The amount of times I've heard Stan Musial, Bob Gibson, Ozzie Smith, Lou Brock... Dizzy Dean, Boyer something...etc. Red Birds are a way of life for some!
I'll never forget watching World Series games with him... Pujols, David Freeze with the clutch homers. Renteria, Jimmy Edmonds, Rolen, Waino, Isringhausen...Yadi!

What an organization. Baseball is better when they are good.

I’ll take that as a compliment, sort of. Anyway. McCarver. Cepeda. Javier. Maxvill. Shannon. Brock. Flood. Maris. The great Bob Gibson from the right side and Steve Carlton from the south….

Actually it is. It’s published once a month and it’s not worth the 20 bucks I pay for it. Not renewing.

Thank you. I have some issues going back to the ‘50s. Remember looking forward to grabbing it at the school library, later as an adult the weekly delivery. The photos , of course the covers. I think the depth of the reporting though …it just really impacted me as a kid.

Pittsburgh is one of those that comes up a lot as a must-see that I wouldn't necessarily expect. Have never been to the city at all.

I tried to wrap in an Orioles game in our family trip to DC last year, but couldn't quite make it work.

For those who haven't been, I recommend a visit to Nationals Park, or even making a weekend of it. Get a pregame meal on the riverfront, stadium is nice, and a fun area for postgame drinks too. Plus tickets are cheap as long as they stay bad.

Nationals Park is on my list. The Nationals, Rockies and Giants are the only teams that I have never seen in person for a regular season game.

Nats Park is a must IMO. And you can hit Camden as well.
“The Bullpen” was a cool yard lot container bar concept outside of left field at Nats Park, always a good time, but developers have taken land down as the years pass shrinking the size of the lot. It had to be about a football field long of food and bev and now it’s down to just a “red zone” of food and bev.

Maybe hit Nats for Rockies/Giants series. Or fly to San Fran, that’s one of my favorite parks too! Some pretty cool baseball venues out there.

Definitely want to hit up San Fran. I don’t like sitting in the upper levels but I’d sit in the Right Field upper level for the view of the bay. I’ve been to about 1/2 of the team parks. I’ve been to the former homes of Detroit, Baltimore and St Louis. Just haven’t been to the new parks.

The Braves have a nice set up leading into the stadium. Nothing beats Wrigleyville.

Agreed on new Braves stadium. Wrigleyville should never be modified.
With that said, I love most everything about Camden Yards....and not really an Orioles fan ..
