Don't want to look ahead but...
Take 2 of 3 at Marshall- would be a solid road series win.
Competitive vs. Duke (35 RPI)
and Sweep v JMU at home and we're rocking and rolling. Can't lose at home to JMU, they're 11-22!

I am excited to see Marsha's new park though, looks pretty cool on the river and the rail tracks.

Both teams lost a good bit and are pretty young. Wouldn't expect for Cajuns to be down long though. Could even got hot at the right time this year, who knows. JMU may have more of an uphill climb. Our show was pretty surprised they made the postseason last year. May be a while before they get their time again.

Definitely an outlier ( haven't been below 10th since joining) but that said - this should be very telling for what's going on here for the last 8 or so years. As of 2023 Marshall's baseball budget was $600,000 more. Makes a significant difference.

Take it a step further. If you only do conference stats Marshall is 2nd in ERA and guess who is still last.

Yes, I was including Moquin even though he is a redshirt freshman and not a true freshman like Lichtenberger and Luft but they all have 3 good years left (or 4 if the changes come through)

I believe they're going to start on the indoor expansion after the season. Not sure if that's confirmed though.
