It would for that reason but I thought Joey was trying to get closer to the west coast to make it easier on his family? He would actually be getting farther away from home with that move. Joey had a 38.7 QBR when he last played against an ACC opponent.

Tad bit creepy to both know that tidbit and to publicly share it.BambooRdApp wrote: ↑Mon Apr 21, 2025 2:42 pmThat's in-depth reporting... knowing where the gf goes to college

And that thing does not come free so it is about to cost more money. Imagine thinking he would get to play close to home for more than 4x the money just 3 months ago to now. Crazy how things change.BambooRdApp wrote: ↑Mon Apr 21, 2025 2:42 pmThat's in-depth reporting... knowing where the gf goes to college

Umm.. she was an App Women's basketball player. Why is it weird to keep tabs on former athletes and where they commit to?Bigdaddyg1 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 21, 2025 2:46 pmTad bit creepy to both know that tidbit and to publicly share it.BambooRdApp wrote: ↑Mon Apr 21, 2025 2:42 pmThat's in-depth reporting... knowing where the gf goes to college

I personally have kept track of her and her brothers careers since they both went to App, as I do with a lot of former players of all sports.

Jose is his dad and is one of the nicest dudes around. If you haven’t sat and watched a game with Jose, you have truly missed out on a good time. He is extremely critical of Joey during the game but he is very funny about it.biggie wrote: ↑Mon Apr 21, 2025 2:54 pmI assume Jose is his dad, here is his post:

I’m sure that you will be sure to bring that up when all of these college coaches and agents call you for your expert opinion.

Re: UCLA football
It is a fact that he had a 38.7 QBR when we played Clemson. If he goes to Wake Forest he will need to do much better than that. Not sure why you throw insults.AppSt94 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 21, 2025 3:14 pmI’m sure that you will be sure to bring that up when all of these college coaches and agents call you for your expert opinion.

Re: UCLA football
Yes because the QBR is only a result of direct QB play and no other factors play into it. Re: UCLA football
So it is politics now but it was not politics when they brought Joey in? One of the dads of the QBs who was there before Joey could accuse the same thing when they brought him in. UCLA felt they are upgrading the position now like they did when they brought Joey in. UCLA evaluated Joey and Nico and made the decision to pursue Nico because they think he is the better player.biggie wrote: ↑Mon Apr 21, 2025 2:54 pmI assume Jose is his dad, here is his post:

Of course there are other factors but I was just pointing out that if he goes to Wake Forest he would need to play a lot better in order to help them win.AppSt94 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 21, 2025 3:21 pmYes because the QBR is only a result of direct QB play and no other factors play into it. You speak to his dad. Do you know what his plans are after this season? Is he wanting to coach or go into another field completely? If he just wants to coach or do something in football then as long as he is playing he is fine but if he has another field he wants to get in then he should be collecting as much money as possible.

Because money isn't his motivating factor. If it was, we would have only had him for 1 season.AppStFan1 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 21, 2025 3:25 pmI just don't see him collecting 1.2M to play close to home anywhere else so not sure how. Re: UCLA football
People who know him said he wanted to play closer to home for a P4 and while Wake Forest is a P4 it is not closer to home. What is the biggest factor for him? Just playing P4?704App wrote: ↑Mon Apr 21, 2025 3:35 pmBecause money isn't his motivating factor. Re: UCLA football
Pulling one game out of a career when our OL was over matched, WRs could not get spacing and our RBs did not gain much, if any until the 10th string for Clemson was in the game....good grief...AppStFan1 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 21, 2025 3:18 pmIt is a fact that he had a 38.7 QBR when we played Clemson. Re: UCLA football
You make blanket statements based on data compiled in a vacuum and paint a broad brush as if it’s the constant. One bad game does not identify one’s abilities. You are the one that claims to have the pulse on all things college football with “sources”. You made the statement that Joey was not having a good camp. I haven’t seen that statement made by anyone. In fact, I’ve seen the contrary. If you can show me different by a reputable source then I will listen.AppStFan1 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 21, 2025 3:48 pmA little.
