As bad as App’s ticketing processes are, it’s hard to believe the Foundation could’ve screwed it up any worse.

Sad but not surprising for UNCC. I wish we could have another game vs ECU there, but on a Saturday not Thursday. Even better play a P4 school there.

Thanks to whoever sold their tickets at essentially cost. Was able to pick some up in section 110 a couple days ago. I got stuck looking at the endzone during the ECU/App game at Charlotte through the ticketing process so I figured I'd wait this year and got lucky.

I say this every year, but I wonder how much money we lose each year due to the fact that no one wants to deal with the ticketing office. I'd be willing to bet an additional salary or two (especially what we pay) would pay for itself.

Section 227! Also got a parking pass on graham street right across from graham street pub. Stub hub selling them for about 30 dollars if your quick enough.

Headaches continue. I got my email and went through the rigamarole of downloading the app, signing in and going into my account only to see a message saying I don’t have any tickets purchased. The email says if there are any problems, call the App ticket office which I did and got someone (possibly a student) with a very short and snippy attitude that could only repeat over and over that there was nothing she could do except reach out to CSF and see what they said. Her level of professionalism was non-existent. I’m highly disappointed.

Make sure your signing into CSF (Ticketmaster) with the same email address as your MAF account. I had the same issue

It's almost like our athletic administration does stuff like this on purpose. I don't know of any other school that consistently misses the mark on fan engagement like we do.

Well, its not a user issue, I can tell you that. I followed the directions to the letter and signed in with the same email as my MAG account its actually the only email I use. After about the third time this person at the ticket office said she can’t do anything but reach out to CSF and left it at that, I asked her when I can expect to hear something. That only made her snippier. At this point I don’t even care about ghe ticket that I paid $80 for. I’m more pissed off about the treatment I received from our own people.

That sounds like an incredibly frustrating thing but there really isn’t anything they can do because it is the CSF that is in charge of tickets. I know of a friend who was able to get their issue taken care of by calling the CSF. I imagine the App ticket office has been slammed with calls today over something they have no control over leading to their agitation, hence why they even sent a follow-up email.

Sorry man, but you can make excuses for them all you want but there is no excuse for the unprofessional treatment I received today.
