Re: So Miss discussion
I have a question for that staff of message board guys who I advocated to stand on the sideline. How many reps do you think our freshman quarterback got this week with the first team? To start with the coach griping is premature. He has not dropped sure touchdowns nor has he jumped offsides and he hasn’t thrown bad PICs. And like last year he hasn’t whiffed on tackles or let tackles for loss turn into gains. I’ll go on.
And Swann was limping on the sidelines.

Players taking BS roughing penalties.
3 red zone turnovers
The coaches had the players in position to win. Make a damn play!

QB doesn't throw 3 TDs in the Redzone in the 1st quarter, this is a totally different ball game. All 3 throws are totally on Swann, not the coaches.Seattleapp wrote: ↑Sat Sep 13, 2025 9:11 pmWell that’s absolutely a lie. And we down 24. Complaining about not being able to field a competitive team while not supporting the collective in today’s college landscape is like complaining about the government when you didn’t vote. You have the option, you’re choosing to not use it. Pay to play is here, and if you won’t accept it, then you will be left behind.
Give 'em hell!

I also need help understanding the money logic. Exactly how much stupid money do some of you think it would take to get this program to acceptance? Would $20m a year do it? Look how many traditional power schools are gonna be 6-6.

It shouldn't be about who can pay the most. Money should not buy wins. You're lost.

That’s possible but still comes back to coaching and development.
