I noticed Pointdexter was not on the availability report this week. Does that mean he is back or is his injury just long term and hes on whatever the college version of IR is?

Ga St will pull out all the stops to get their first win against us , especially at home . Our focus is scoring TD's in the red zone. no stupid mistakes.

I would be surprised if he came back this season unfortunately. I think his removal from the report is in line with your thinking.BallantyneApp wrote: ↑Thu Oct 09, 2025 9:26 amI noticed Pointdexter was not on the availability report this week. Re: Official Concrete Campus prediction thread
I am calling this a must-win game. Not because our season is derailed if we lose, but we have to capitalize on the momentum built last week. We have an opportunity to go 4-2 for the first time since 2021 AND win on the road for the first time in over a year. Granted, the environment will not be hostile but these environments can actually be more difficult to play in from a mental standpoint. To me, a win here would signify that the team is serious about competing this year.

Maybe he can get a medical redshirt and maybe (lol) he won't transfer out and we'll get another year.

I heard he has a left pec strain but I am guessing it is Grade 2 or 3 if he is indeed done for the year.BallantyneApp wrote: ↑Thu Oct 09, 2025 12:52 pmI kinda figured because I was pretty sure I saw him in a sling last weekend but figured i'd ask.ASUFan4863 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 09, 2025 12:07 pmI would be surprised if he came back this season unfortunately. Re: Official Concrete Campus prediction thread
I agree with you. If App and Georgia State were to swap schedules, then App would likely be 1-4 and Georgia State would likely be 3-2 (possibly losing to Oregon State). That indicates a close game on Saturday. If we lose, we head into the meat of the conference schedule needing to go 3-3 to get a bowl bid. We’ll be underdogs against JMU and ODU, favored against Coastal and Marshall and near pick’ems against Georgia Southern and Arkansas State. A 3-3 finish or better is certainly doable, but with far less margin for error. If we win on Saturday, with four of six remaining games at Kidd Brewer then the second half shapes up far more favorably.ASUFan4863 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 09, 2025 12:12 pmI am calling this a must-win game.
