I really wonder how worse we would be if we went back to recruiting the low 3 star chip on the shoulder guys who simply love playing, want to be at App and play TIGMA style. Mix in some solid FCS guys who also felt a bit slighted and fill a few spots with portal guys. I mean can it be that much worse? We seem to be chasing our tails and most of the guys we bring in are not good enough. We apparently won’t be rolling with big NIL money and frankly what is it getting us now?

I've been supportive of Coach Dlo ... understanding he's a first year head coach. New staff. Lots of new players..... But dang.... Chesney came in at JMU and replaced 60 players last year and 50 some this year. I expected us to get our butts handed to us but I did not expect to go scoreless in the first half for the first time since 2017. I get that the players might not be of the highest caliber but scheme a game plan that fits their strengths. Scheme plays for a beat up O-line. Something ...and never let Swan see the football field again.

Evidently JMU went the FCS transfer route. We went the P4 route. I really want to be patient enough to give it another season but this is bad.
