Is this Mike Working bad? I think we can mention his name at this point.
That's the second time today that name has been mentioned. Like it wasn't a painful enough time. Yes and funny coincidence, someone else with NFL experience. Specifically the Jets.
And no, those teams weren't this bad. Our guys back then had grit and played over their heads.

I was (rightfully) disgusted with the coaching staff and players after our showing against South Alabama because I'd never seen us look like that before. Now seeing it in back to back years is honestly appalling.
This is not the App State program of the past 30 years. Plain and simple.
This is FAR WORSE than that South Alabama game, and I thought that was a low point.
No Clark team ever looked this bad
Sir. Stop. You and I both know they did that’s part of the problem. There hasn’t been any improvement
Absolutely disagree. This isn’t to prop up those teams but this performance is abysmal
Probably not the right measure at this point. Comparing a bad team to a mediocre team isn't what any of us want. We all want a great team. Let's see if next year DL turns it around with more of a chance to bring in his first full class and if not, then we can break the pitchforks out. Either way, we have a long way to go.

When Kelly went into the A&M game, nobody thought it would be his last game. But the second half was so atrocious that LSU fired Kelly. This performance feels like that to me.

I know we wont do it...but ill say what i said back in 2022. If we ever want to be a serious program again...we have to fire this idiot immediatly. We let the last guy drag us to irrelevance...and now we are a bottom 10 team in FBS.
0 talent, 0 idea what we are doing...AND this is the weakest sun belt weve had in a long time and our wins are against the worst teams in college football. Outside of possibly 2013...this is unequivocally the worst team weve had since the 70s

I'd be fine firing him today just for leaving in an obviously injured QB during a blow out

Just curious, what is the buyout?
Too much unless he decides he doesn’t want to do it anymore.
Looks like he checked out to me.

Problem is, if you Fire him after 1 year, you lose a chunk of money and what head coach in his right mind will break down the door to coach at a university that gives that short of a leash as to fire someone after 1 year?

Like $1.5M
Chump change.
I say that because, if we can’t afford that, we aren’t going anywhere. Just like Clark’s $500k buyout.

A ton of them, especially a FCS coach who wants a chance at the bigger stage. As bad as we are, we still have a brand and are a known program.

Screw the expansion on the stadium - use funds to get rid of these “NFL coaches”
They’re probably earmarked but I agree. If this isn’t fixed we won’t have a sell out for a while.

This play is completely uninspired, seems he lost the locker room and if that happened he needs to go.

Plus, it might prove that we're a university that wants to win and won't settle for mediocre.
What I want to hear from DLo after the game is that this loss and season is on him. Take ownership, tell us it's not acceptable and that changes are coming starting with him.
