5-4 final set, SAV about to serve, as long as she holds serve she will win and advance.

I have only watched a little bit, and I am exhausted for her. Talk about a grueling sport at the higher levels.
Yep, having to play a match everyday has to be tiring.

Sav can't hold serve and we are tied 5-5. I haven't seen that many of her matches but she looks tired to me.

Lost serve, dead heat 5-5. She needs to reach down deep now. Let's go SAV!

Sav can't hold serve and her historic run comes to an end. 6-4/6-3/7-5

A lot of firsts for her and the App Tennis program. A great run.

Great Run - I thought she was going to take the match on last service set. I think she is better than all she played on any given day, but back to back matches over the days is tough, she made a heck of a rally last match and was on the door step today. Amazing run, Great Job! Break out the Parade route - need to recognize her at Football and Basketball games.

It was great run and she can hold her head up high. Her run to All American and top 8 in the nation is the stuff that allows our coach to go recruit better talent. We as a school need to make the investment in that talent if necessary. This run could have a snowball effect that sees App become a tennis destination. A man can dream at least. Congratulations SAV, you have done what no other person to attend App State has ever done and that is commendable.

I was going through the brackets and it looks like there are no top 8 seeds left in the tournament. #2 lost earlier and that left Sav as the last seeded player left for a little while.
IF I am reading the brackets correctly that is.....

It didn't help Sav that her opponent got yesterday off due to an injured opponent and walkover.
