Up 29-26 at the break, but we lost a 12-point lead over the final two minutes.

Bad finish to the half, App up only three at the break. Credit Mercer for switching defenses. Gotta adjust.

I believe last year the SoCon had a higher rating.

If the object to this game was anything but to put the ball through the hoop, we’d be a top-25 program.

watched this game...kids played hard but we really are bad at free throw shooting, rebounding, and just general scoring...our defense is really good at times....but i just don't feel good about this season...maybe we'll turn a corner

Dang - big win against charlotte - huge loss at home to Elon and bad loss to mercer on road. Hope this team finds it groove for sunbelt play. Wishful thinking but I think we are better than this but not sure yet.

We dont have a consistent number 2 scorer.

Njock is a bit of a dissapointment to me. I was expecting him to step up this year after sitting out last season. He looked great on what recruiting film we had on him. I figured he would be at least out #2 scorer.

It seems like we keep getting pretty good athletes that can't shoot FTs and are streaky scorers. Coach is good at giving us winning seasons overall and his record shows it. We he needs help with recruiting. Being on the outside im not sure exactly what the issue is, but we should be able to compete with our peers for quality recruits and we just dont seem to do it consistently. Someone mentioned he gets a lot out of a little as a coach, but it begs the question, why does he keep having to work with that?

I'm actually fine with Njock, but severely underwhelmed by Banks and Moodie. We're not very good at this point.

After the ridiculously long replay challenge late in the first half, we started playing like our feet were in cement. Not saying the two were related but this will definitely go down as a winnable game that we fumbled away.

Non-conference doesn’t matter, our goals are still in front of us.

It’s his first competition in over a year. Let’s see how he plays once he gets some court time.
