Duke is a larger school with a much better athletic brand, history and endowment. The tuition is really of no relevance. Duke just won the ACC men's and women's basketball and football titles in the same year. First time ever by ANY "Power Conference} school. Wake has had their successes over the years (baseball, golf, and light years ago with football and basketball). But Duke and Wake are not a good comparison. Maybe Wake and Vandy would be closer, but even Vandy gets that SEC "paycheck."
