Semi loaded in the backfield.
We’ve got returning production and what were some high rated prospects.

Do we have a depth chart yet in the backfield?

Would love for Webb and Kanye to be in the mix with Lewis and the 2 transfers heading it up. 5 deep if healthy.
If last year is an indication, we aren’t going to get a depth chart. Heck, we can’t get jersey numbers on the online roster.
And we’re saying 1st year or 3rd year instead of actual class like Freshman Senior…etc.
Weird times. Doubt anyone goes to class in CFB anymore.
those terms trigger the purple-haired folks

DAY ONE!! Hoping for a healthy and productive fall camp with good weather.

As Coach Loggains mentioned yesterday, the players give their entire attention to football until the first day of classes on August 17th. At that point, NCAA limits you to only 20 hours a week training. Today until August 16th will be long and grueling but will help form a group of talented players into a team.

Poindexter said in his Adam Witten interview they'll want to run the ball more this season, feels like we threw it too much last year. Dowell said something similar as did the OC.

Think everyone knows we need to run more. We just don’t know if the OL can help with that yet.

We do return 3 of the 5 starters who propelled the run game when it was at its best.

Third party reports from camp have been positive thus far. O-Line has fared better than anticipated, but it’s hard to tell if that is more so due to the OL or DL. One primary positive that should help the DL is the newfound strength at LB. Not surprising given that is DJ Smith’s forte, but the talent level of that room is leaps and bounds above last year.
