Good choice for Citdogs. As always at Citadel, recruiting will be the difficulty.

Good guy and good family. Houston will do well at The Citadel. Living in Hickory I have a lot of LR friends and attend some of their games if I cannot make it up to App. Many people do not realize it, but LR's conference only allowed 25 scholarships this year, yet the rest of D2 allows 36. Took his team to the National Championship with basically 1/3 fewer scollies. Can you image any other runner up to the NC at any level doing this?

Live in Hickory as well and many LRU fans are disappointed with the coach going to the Citadel but they also realized he would not be at LRU for long. Very impressive stint at LRU getting them to the national championship game as a private school.
