Under Center

Unread post by BeauFoster » Sun Sep 30, 2012 7:29 am

It's been years, but we finally saw it...the Mountaineers took a snap from under center. I'd like to see it happen more often, and hope that we continue to open up the playbook to more formations and looks.

Moore said 2003 was the last time we took a snap from under center. I remember Armanti practicing taking snaps from under center on the sidelines, but I think that might have been for a victory formation.

Did u notice they also huddled tight before he went under center?

Arm anti practicing under center on the sidelines was after the James Madison fumble in the playoffs

It caught us off guard as well. We were all checking with each other to see if we'd really seen the under center snap. Who knows what we'll see next?
