It reads faster than it looks as so many of the pages are almost all reference lists below the actual article. If you have a couple hours its a good read.

I think athletes meet the common law standards, but the statutory test under Brown seems like a real problem.

Well, probably not going to read this --

But, the "myth of the student athlete" probably should only refer to revenue sports, imo.

The vast majority of college athletes ARE student athletes.
