Might as well make it official. :D

The NLI is officially in for WR Shaedon Meadors (6′ 2″ 180) of James Byrnes High School in Duncan, SC . He’s a Mountaineer!!! :D

Now we'll see if the couple of other surprises come in.

I love the images Coach Stepp posts on twitter with each signing.

Stoked to see Meadors in black and gold. This draft class continues our growing tradition of quick, skilled WRs. Should certainly help with the loss of Washington and Peacock.

Here's hoping he has a breakout game ala Coco Hillary at Ann Arbor this fall.

One thing I know is that this staff has been showing up frequently at several schools in the Piedmont area that I am familiar with.

It is also my understanding that next year's senior talent pool in NC is very good and quite deep, so hopefully we will see more from NC players committing and signing with us in 2015.

Got one more WR coming in looks like. Be interested to see who it is since all the commits are done.

Shaedon Meadors signing is huge!

Don't forget about Dontrell Hopkins also. He could be our next Dexter Jackson!

Somebody needs to tell appstatesports.com that they misspelled Deltron Hopkins' name on the main signing day central page.

Not Dontrell but instead Deltron :)

Been checking out a few things. Very possible that the second possible surprise I referred to earlier, DB/ATH Jordan Noil (6′ 3″ 180) of Norcross High School in Norcross, GA (Josh Boyd's teammate and former Maryland commit), if he comes, could be coming in as either a WR or DB. He played both sides in HS which is why I had him as a DB/ATH. I've had a pretty good idea he came to the first visit weekend when Boyd came but nothing was said on twitter so I just added him to my list as a possible. When he de-committed it looked better for us. If they are looking at him as a WR then he could be the one Coach Stepp is talking about. Good size for both sides of the ball.

It also could be another player entirely. We'll know soon enough.

And I'm REALLY looking forward to a good night's sleep tonight. And a couple of days off. :D

Could be. The media down here in Greenville has Lewis listed as a Ga. S. commit.

How about D.J. Sanders as well? I think he still is soft verbal commit to MTSU but I heard he was still looking at App and is listed as DB/WR.

No, he was pretty highly rated DB from somewhere in GA(I'm pretty sure).

24/7 has him back as a hard commit and Rivals has Sanders as signing his MTSU NLI today. Not sure which it is but it's why I went another direction. Still it could be anyone.

ebapps1-As for your question about the DB from Ga Sou who left after Monkin left, that was Kiante Walton. He de-committed from App in mid January and signed with Indiana today.

He and Nakia Cathy are basically rated the same according to 247. Both were huge pickups late in the process!

You're talking about Kiante Walton. He is now an Indiana signee. They came in late and took him from us.
