The second of the 'newest' teams: Tampa Bay Devil Rays, oh wait... Tampa Rays now.

Writer nails it: age of team really limits possibilities. I image, over time, things would change for a selection such as this. Lots of opportunities to improve here (Jose Canseco made this list to give you an idea of how far down he had to go to flll a spot).

Still, nice to give some love to guys like Scott Kazmir, Aubrey Huff, Jason Barlett, John Jaso...
