SoCon likely guaranteed a spot in Dayton in one of the play-in games. WCU beats DC in OT 99-97. Davidson blew a 15 point second half lead.

Everything was pretty much even except for rebounding where WCU took em. Such a weak overall conference this year.

Nah, I like it, Word around here was that Davy was a shoe in for a tourney appearance. Glad to see Western knock them out in the last year!

Have to admit, those Western fellas did not give up and mail it in when they were down by 15. Granted the SoCon representative at the dance will be one and done and may even have to play the "play in" game.

I like beating Western, but at this point I would prefer a public beat a private and a sister state school win. I say go Catamounts unless there is some way we can have a tie, and that does not generally happen in basketball.
