why are we risking jackson?

just concerned(especially against elon) why jackson gets the nod on short yardage 3rd down and other plays. i say this due to our sudden lack of backup q-back. unless people on here feel comfortable with jj's back-up, i'd hate to have jj go down due to injury when chisholm is more of a solid body to gain the tough yards.

We all said the same. We had the game won. Pull him out. We are just one play away from the season being over for us. Jackson goes out, we are screwed. We have to go with our 4th string QB. Before someone corrects me, Barnes would have been our 2nd.

Not directing this at you BHG,

I'm concerned about a JJ injury as the next fan, but we can not afford to give up a facet of our game and become predictable, that's Committee Football. Without JJ running when he did yesterday by design or the breakdown of a play, maybe we snatch the "L"?

ATT YDS AVG LG TD
J.Jackson 17 94 5.5 20 1
S.Miller 17 75 4.4 37 0
R.Chisholm 6 21 3.5 20 0
T.Washington 1 5 5.0 5 0

Could have sworn that we ran more end arounds yesterday?

If we take away JJ running, we become kind of like Chattanooga with BJ Coleman. Passing threat but you can tee off on that.

oh i understand but with those dive plays up the middle for short yardage...thats a recipe for leg twist...not that elon would do this...intentionally.

the one that concerned me was the cheap shot late hit he took from #52 after the last TD pass to Miller - not much we can do to protect against that kind of crap ---
