Navy is easily a Top 20 team with a lot of experience returning. I expected this to be a tough "go." Not sure I expected our back line to be this easily compromised. Still, this should be a good experience for our team. They should get stronger by playing teams better than they are.

Navy put on a clinic and thoroughly dominated us in all facets of the game. They had tremendous depth, tallent and are very well coached. Apps really did not have a legitimate shot on goal and were forced to play defense most of the night. We have a lot of work to do and hopefully will use this as a learning experience. On a positive note, this was a fantastic experience for our guys to play on The Yard at the Naval Academy. And Annapolis is a fantastic town to visit, with so much US history at hand. Hopefully ASU football will get this opportunity one day.

Navy just took down #10 Maryland tonight, 2-1. Navy scored within the first 3 minutes of the game and led for most of the match. The Midshipmen appear to on a roll, and are playing some very nice soccer.
